EXAMPLE 30 Day: Study Vacation Program
 

    I.  This Program Includes:

1. English instruction and recreational activities

2. Health and accident insurance

3. Airport pick-up from and return to designated airport

4. Housing for 30 nights with three meals
   per day

5. Transportation to and from school each day and to activities

6. Three hours per day of ESL classes Monday through Friday

7. Books and classroom materials

8. Standard and program activities

9. Passes to two Theme Park attractions
   of your choice

10. Program Certificates as appropriate to each student accomplishments

11. Assist to fill out all kind of application forms

12. A Study Vacation Program T-shirt

13. Instruction for Visa Interview

14. PCE specialist in U S to welcome and help students for the smooth transition to home stay families

15. Instruction for trip safety

16. Organizing into or out of America and relative service

17. Service for subsequent work

II.  Program NOT Included:

1. Round trip air ticket

2. Fees for Passport and U S Visa Process

3. PCE application fee 

4. Other personal expenses in the U S *

 

III.  Requirements:

1. Group Minimum of 8 per location.  Minimum age 12

2. Individual students must join existing group

3. Full payment must be made prior to students’ arrival

4. Extensions or program changes will receive separate invoices
